Patch note: Villages and triangles/
Finally, we have released a new version of the game. New features were implemented, some elements were reworked to match our vision of desirable final version.
Here is a list of changes that will help you adapt to new mechanics:
Coin production:
From now on coins are produced by settlements that control nearby tiles. More about this in "villages".
Villages:
Every 15 turns newly placed tile will be transformed into a village if it is possible.
Every uncorrupted tile in the reach of the nearest village provide it's resource to this village. The more resources were obtained this way the more coins are produced by this settlement. If at some point amount of each resource is greater or equal than required the settlement will be upgraded. There are 3 levels currently in the game:
1) Starting village: controls only 6 tiles directly adjacent to it. Requires 2 of each type of resource to be upgraded/
2) Small town: controls 6 directly adjacent tiles and tiles adjacent to them. Requires 8 of each type of resource to be upgraded/
3) Gorgeous castle: controls same area as small town. Recieve bonus coin income. Cannot be upgraded/
You can press once on tile with a settlement to show or hide it's stats.
Although settlements are less likely to be corrupted, if they are, they will be completely destroyed.
Triangles:
Every 3 uncorrupted tiles of the same type should form a greater structure. Each tile of this structure produces twice the amount of resource.
If one of these tiles is corrupted or damaged, the whole structure will be replaced with ordinary tiles.
Bigger map:
In terms of area the map has grown by 3,5 times. It obviously can't fit on the screen without extreme scaling, which is practically impossible to comprehend. Because of that, it is now possible to move the map around by dragging it with left mouse button.
Tile Shop:
Right click on available tile to open a shop. Then tile can be replaced for a small price by left clicking on desirable one.

Graphics:
To make the world more alive we added animated villagers to the settlements. They sometimes trigger animation of getting a resource. This process is purely cosmetic and doesn't affect production.
